We are pleased to announce this year’s Carolina Patent Trademark & Copyright Law Association Spring 2014 CLE Meeting, which will be held on Friday, May 2, 2014, at the BB&T Ballpark in uptown Charlotte, new home of the Charlotte Knights!
Prior to the meeting, up to 25 members may participate in a complimentary tour of the ballpark.
The formal program will begin at 1 pm, offering approximately 3.5 hours of CLE credit, followed by a networking reception at the Home Plate Club. We are excited to have the following speakers for this year’s spring meeting:
Lance Lawson and Peter Siddoway of Myers Bigel Sibley & Sajovec will present “Understanding Inter Parties Review: Recent Decisions, Trends and Effective Strategies”
Christopher Douglas of Alston & Bird and Scott Williams of Stout Risius Ross will present “Impact of the AIA on Patent Valuation and Monetization”
Michael Weinberg of Public Knowledge will present “I Keep Hearing About 3D Printing, But How Can I Get Billable Hours For It?”
